Each Petra Design dress is an original, created out of the highest quality fabrics and crystals. To accentuate soft movement and flow, Smooth & Ballroom dance gowns are usually fitted in the torso and flare out at the bottom. Color, style, and flow are considered in every dress design to create a truly captivating gown that flatters your every move on the dance floor.
